Front Desk Agent
Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Previous experience working at the Front Desk of a hotel or similar establishment is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in [languages]
