SalaryThe Front Desk Cashier will provide exceptional guest service while assisting guests by signing them up for attractions throughout the facility.
You will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Apply Wamesit’s core values to exceed guests’ expectations in person and over the phone
- Greet guests and assists with purchases
- Assist guests in signing up for attractions throughout the facility (bowling, golf simulators, etc)
- Have a strong product knowledge and understanding of attractions rules and regulations
- Make product recommendations and inform customers of all products offered
- Ensure that guests’ financial transactions are handled promptly and accurately
- Complete any tasks delegated by management
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Experience working in a Bowling Center a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Experience working with POS systems a plus.
- Must have computer, cash register, and basic mathematical skills
- Must have good hygiene and professional appearance
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Bowling/Golf League knowledge a plus
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
- Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.

Donald MacLaren Sr. has been a life-long bowler and always had an interest in bringing an entertainment venture to his hometown of Tewksbury with his son. On February 10, 2014, that idea was born to what is now Wamesit Lanes. The original site of the Motel Caswell where Wamesit Lanes sits, gave the opportunity to thrive in a premiere location. With the help of local contractors, we are proud to say, “we were built by Tewksbury, For Tewksbury”. On November 9, 2015, we celebrated our Grand Opening.
