We are looking for a Hotel Guest Services Front Desk Agent who is flexible to work all shifts. (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM) Qualifications include customer service and basic computer knowledge. Most work will be completed on the hotel reservation software, which the company will provide ongoing training for all staff.
- Previous Hotel Front Desk experience is required.
- Keeping the lobby area clean.
- Treating guests with respect.
- Having a professional appearance.
- Being knowledgable of the surrounding area for guest convenience.
- Assistance with laundry if needed.
Optional Requirements:
- Prior experience in Synxis PM.
- Prior experience in a Wyndham brand hotel.
