Front Desk Associate/Receptionist At Chiropractic Office

$15-16/hour (will vary with experience; could increase in time with willingness to take on more responsibilities)

Busy Chiropractic office in Easton, looking for a motivated and dependable person to join our staff as a part time Front Desk Associate/Receptionist. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be passionate about helping patients through chiropractic care; Must be reliable, friendly, and display a professional attitude. Must be able to maintain a clean and professional office and working environment, and be able to work well with patients and other staff members. Must be able to multi task.

Shifts include the hours below. If you can't do these hours please do not apply. There is no flexibility with the hours.

Mon-Thurs 1:30p-7:30p

Fri 1:30p-5:30p

One Saturday a month 8:30a-3:30p (you will get Friday off the week you work Saturday)

There is the ability for more hours by picking up an additional Saturday as we are open the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month

Experience in a Medical/Doctor office setting preferred. Complete training will be provided with pay.

Responsibilities:

-Confirming appointments with patients that are "call to confirm"

-Greeting patients

-Maintaining a clean and organized office

-Basic office duties, including preparing chiropractic rooms, cleaning, and assisting other staff members with any tasks that need to be completed.

-Answering phone

-Scheduling patients

-Taking payments (at times handling CASH); putting payments into chiro software

-Verifying eligibility and benefits with insurance companies

-Keeping massage therapists schedules full

-Making sure patients have proper referrals/prior authorizations if needed

-Getting office forms filled out for every patient that needs them

-Checking and opening mail; getting it to the right people

-Checking incoming faxes/ability to fax out

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Ability to communicate and work well with patients and staff

-Typing skills are a must

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to multi task
