Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent member service and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist Members with a warm and welcoming demeanor

· Provide information about our services, packages, and promotions

· Schedule appointments and manage the Front Desk operations

· Upsell services and products to meet sales targets

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

· Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in MED SPA sales

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets

· Knowledge of spa and wellness treatments is advantageous

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
