Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Comfort Inn. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or Front Desk role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
