Front Desk Associate

Injury Treatment Centers of KC is looking for a Front Desk Assistant. ITC is the leading multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment center for brain and spine injuries after car accidents.

Seeking bilingual Front Desk staff who is bilingual in Spanish/English.

New hire will be trained for the following responsibilities:

- Answering and routing incoming calls

- Scheduling appointments

- Coordinating patients' care with ITC case managers, diagnostic centers, other clinics, patients' attorneys, etc..

- Working with other departments in the clinic.

- Will be trained in our Electronic Health Record software.

We need someone who has excellent communication skills, with a loving and caring personality who loves to help those in need.
