Front Desk Associate/Concierge

At Brightview Senior Living, the Concierge is "the face of Brightview" and the first person to assist our residents and guests. We are seeking a positive attitude, love of people, and someone who wants to be part of a great team.

Qualifications

-Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
- Strong customer service background with experience in handling various customer inquiries and requests
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
