The En Vogue Medi-Spa Family is quickly growing, and we are looking to add a new member to the EV team! We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate/receptionist with excellent Interpersonal, Sales and Communication skills for our Langhorne, PA Location.
**All interviews will be held at our En Vogue Medi-Spa Southampton, PA location.
**The schedule for this position is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, starting from 11AM.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answering phones
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking Patients In/Out
- Going over patient questions
- Providing guidance and education on treatments and services
- Organizing paperwork
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients
- Selling services & products
- Processing payments for services, and products
- Establishing digital patient charts, and keeping charts organized up to date
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
