Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk staff are an important part of POA. Front Desk staff are the face and image of the practice and are the first individual patients meet when arriving for an appointment. Front Desk staff greet patients, answer questions, explain paperwork, review documents, and assure all documentation is in order before the patient is seen by the physician. Staff is also responsible for making follow up appointments, collecting patient co payments and other funds as needed. Train and adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations, Other duties as assigned.
