Front Desk Associate

Cambria Hotel Shelby Twp is hiring! We are looking to grow our Front Desk Associate team! We are an award winning hotel that offers a lively upscale environment for corporate travelers, wedding guests, and leisure travel. We also have full service restaurant and consider ourselves the best traveling destination in town!

Requirements for Employment:

• Previous experience working at a Front Desk is a bonus, previous customer service experience required
• Excellent customer service skills and attendance
• Excellent work ethic with a "make it happen attitude"
• Excellent ability to multi task and be flexible with needs of guests
• Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and good driving record
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

General Job Duties:

• Answer calls and direct to appropriate departments
• Make, adjust, cancel guest reservations for hotel and restaurant
• Handling of cash/credit card payments
• Handling of basic financial reports
• You are on your feet for full 8 hour shift
• Light cleaning duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
