We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Agent with a positive attitude to welcome and assist customers with any kind of problems or inquiries. You will be responsible for greeting customers and offering assistance with their needs, from ordering to billing information. As a Front Desk Agent, you must be well-organized to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Attention to detail is a must, since you are the first point of contact for clients. We are looking for someone with superior interpersonal skills who can deal with a variety of people effectively and efficiently. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will work closely with other departments to ensure clients’ needs are being met throughout all stages of service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (Required)
