About the position:
We are looking for a polished and well-spoken Front End and Call Center Specialist to work in our beautiful Wayne, NJ office location. You will be an important part of our operational success. As a Front End and Call Center Specialist, you will be assisting patients, new and existing, helping them navigate through our Practice, ensuring all patients are handled with patience and care with all inquiries, connecting with patients to make them feel that they have chosen the right Practice for their needs. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will play an integral role in the overall patient experience with our Practice.
You must possess exceptional customer service and telephone skills in order to be successful in this position. You must be able to smile when you are on the phone, connect with patients, make patients feel that they have found the right office for their needs, and handle a multi-phone line system. You must be warm, welcoming, and tempered.
