- Greet and assist customers with pick up and drop off
- Accurately enter and track articles by utilizing computer software
- Accept and accurately process payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
