Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a customer driven Front Desk Associate to be responsible for all Front Desk and back of house job duties. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve administrative goals and meet clients expectations.
Daily Operational Tasks include but are not limited to
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Work collaboratively with your teammates, Build productive trust relationships with customers. Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety. Maintain consistent attendance. Lead by example by representing the HAVEN Mission

MUST BE 21+
Must have Valid ID
Must be able to pass Live Scan (criminal background check) - No Felony / Misdemeanor Drug Related Charges within the previous 4 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English, second languages encouraged
Able to perform basic retail math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Technologically Proficient - Able to operate a computer and a tablet, familiarity with POS systems
Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in regard to both patients and team members
Open Availability - Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
