Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gym Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at the Front Desk.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Provide information about gym services, classes, and membership options.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Member Check-In:
• Manage the check-in process for members and guests.
• Verify memberships and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Issue access cards and maintain a secure check-in system.
• Phone and Email Communication:
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with membership inquiries, billing questions, and general information.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Handle cash transactions and process membership payments.
• Keep the Front Desk area organized and clean.
• Assist with basic administrative duties as needed.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve member concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve complex matters.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive gym environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
