SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Team Member to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Responsibilities include: booking appointments, managing stylists' schedules, checking clients in/out, and providing information about services/retail. If you have a knack for customer service and are a friendly, eager team member, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our clientele.
Must not require a certain amount of hours as it will vary.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Welcome clients upon their arrival and make them comfortable
- Manage online and phone appointments
- Inform customers about services & retail
- Assist stylists with their clients/appointments
