SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, answering phones, and performing administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Cleaning is a requirement and must be able to perform lifting of 45lbs. A food handlers certification will also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate party.
- Provide information about the gym, its services, and amenities.
- Sell agreements and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility which will include restrooms.
- Process payments and check-ins.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
