Front Desk Assistant

Previous experience would be helpful, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Check-In and Check-Out procedures
• Making and verifying patient appointment
• Appointment scheduling and schedule maintenance
• Collection & processing of patient payments
• Scanning, uploading, and logging patient demographics

Applicant must be an outgoing, loving and energetic person. It is essential to have the ability to multi-task and remain calm.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to perform expected tasks without supervision. Looking for a team player that pays close attention to detail and is highly organized.
