We seek a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for our busy law firm. As our firm's first point of contact, you will answer calls, greet visitors, and provide basic information about our services. You must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
- Responsibilities
- Greet callers and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Open new files and perform data entry tasks
- Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining an orderly waiting room.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
-Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Computer literacy is essential
- Experience with order entry, data entry, or transcribing is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills are necessary for this role
