We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Great opportunity to work in a family-oriented dental practice with a dedicated team and great patients! Full time / Part time, permanent position with daytime hours and no weekends. If you are motivated and punctual with great customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
```Duties``
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with completing necessary forms
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, etc
```Skills```
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Comfortable working at the Front Desk in a computerized environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
