POSITION SUMMARY:
Administrative assistant/ receptionist is responsible for answering phones, help with HR/Payroll related matters, Responsible for maintaining communication with agency personnel, HHA/PCA/PA and contract agencies for the daily operations of the Agency. Provides basic case management services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College or business education preferred. One or two years experience of office work in a health care setting.
* Good telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills necessary. Ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
