The qualified candidate will be responsible for handling guest requests and providing assistance throughout the night. We're looking for candidates with knowledge of a foreign language as well as hotel experience. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, self-motivated, efficient, organized and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Solve guest problems.
- Respond to guest needs and concerns.
- Retrieve information from the computer system and record information in the computer system.
- Be polite and friendly to customers and other staff members.
- Resolve problems with guests who left checks behind.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
