Front Desk Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality services. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other Front Desk operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
