Located just one mile from our sister property, Timothy Lake North, this RV campground in Pennsylvania is designed to accommodate the largest of Class A motor coaches and fifth wheel travel trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Perform data entry tasks and update guest information in the reservation system
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Process orders and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment operation
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.56 - $21.14 per hour
