Front Desk Agent (Part-Time And Full-Time)

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Looking for someone willing to learn and work all shifts if needed, including night audit. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions

- Operate phone systems, including answering calls and taking messages

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals

- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and procedures

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an asset

- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to work
