We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and assist with any other requests to ensure a pleasant stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in guests and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms if needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new arrivals
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
