HIRING FOR FRONT DESK AGENTS: 7AM - 3PM, 3-11PM & 11PM - 7AM SHIFTS - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other Front Desk operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. Note: Night audit experience or knowledge of hotel management software is a bonus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
