Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain records of visitors and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
