With a desire to provide the best service to our customers, we're searching for Front Desk Agents who are able to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations. A strong team player with the ability to multitask and handle numerous requests is ideal for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer customer questions about company policies.
- Greet guests by name at the Front Desk.
- Handle reservation changes and cancellations.
- Assist with customer billing inquiries.
- Check customers in and out of the hotel.
- Answer questions about local area attractions and restaurants.
- Read maps to help guide customers to their destinations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
