We are looking for Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

JOB AVAILABLE HOURS 3pm-11pm Evening Shift and 11pm-7am Overnight Shift.
Full and Part time hours are both available.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
- Handle phone calls and reservations, utilizing proper phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Assist with guest requests such as booking transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and other Front Desk tasks
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
Note: Previous experience in hospitality or hotel Front Desk operations is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
