Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
Skills:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel setting preferred
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Front Desk software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable
