Part Time Day and Evening Opportunities

Seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Skills

* Position requires current, unblemished drivers license. Ability to drive a standard transmission preferred.

• Work experience in Customer Service, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software a plus, but not required
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior hotel experience is a plus
• Must be detail oriented, and dependable

Part Time day or evening opportunities available. Availability for day and evening shifts is preferred and a plus.

This position offer a flexible schedule which includes weekends and some holidays.

Shifts scheduled will vary based on hotel occupancy. Opportunity to advance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
