The Country Inn & Suites isn't your average snooze-fest. We're a family-friendly hotel in Gettysburg that offers exceptional service, [questionable] life advice, and enough free breakfast pastries to fuel a small army. We're searching for a Front Desk Agent who's equal parts superhero and comedian (emphasis on the hero part).
Are You...
- A people person who can charm a hangry toddler out of a meltdown?
- A master of deflecting strange guest requests (think: "Can you borrow a giraffe costume for a business meeting?") with a smile?
- A Tetris champion when it comes to juggling reservations, room service orders, and existential crises (it happens)?
- Fluent in "Hotel Speak" (translation: "Your complimentary breakfast voucher is behind the magic portal... I mean, the printer")?
Bonus points if you can:
- Juggle flaming batons (we're kidding... mostly)
- Speak fluent sarcasm (a must for surviving staff meetings)
- Explain the intricacies of the keycard system for the 87th time without losing your mind
The Gig:
- Be the first (and possibly last) friendly face our guests see.
- Check folks in and out faster than you can say "continental breakfast."
- Answer questions about the neighborhood that even Google can't.
- Basically, become a magician who can make problems disappear with a sprinkle of hospitality dust.
