Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred. Marriott/Fosse Experience A plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
