Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont is seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our team! All shifts / part-time and full-time options available.
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is beneficial
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
