Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all information is accurate
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with reservations and cancellations as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
