Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with a personal touch
- Take guests' reservations and provide them with all the information they need (e.g., dates, hotel rates, room details, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner; return calls in a timely manner; provide information about rooms; check guest's out when necessary; answer questions about our services; ensure guest satisfaction at check-in/check-out
- Receive payments and accept credit card payments using our payment system
- Maintain the Front Desk area and clean it regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
