*** Duties
- Greet and welcome gym members in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist members with sign-up and check-in processes
- Provide information about facilities and services
- Handle member concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Light cleaning and organization of general gym area
*** Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Proficient computer literacy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
