As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience during their stay. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations efficiently - Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with night audit duties as required Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Knowledge of Front Desk operations and hotel management procedures At our hotel, we value our employees and offer a supportive work environment.
