We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations systems
