Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
