Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for residents to identify emotional, behavioral, and cognitive concerns.
- Provide individual and group therapy services, employing evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, physicians, and families, to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Offer support and education to families, staff, and residents on mental health strategies and resources.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Strong clinical skills, with expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
