Front Desk Agent

Busy 104 unit oceanfront timeshare resort has a full-time position for a Front Desk Agent. Front Desk Agents are the customers' first impression of the resort. Front Desk Agents must be able to multi-task, answering multiple phone lines, greeting guests, checking-in guests, checking-out guests, handling guest requests and questions while maintaining a smile and welcoming attitude. Front Desk Agents must be able to handle challenging situations and customer complaints in a professional friendly manner. Excellent customer service and follow-through abilities are a must. The Georgian Inn Beach Club is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our current need is for a flexible shift. This is an hourly position. Benefits available after 90 days. EEOE. DFWP. Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet owners/guests.
• Answering phones.
• Checking in and checking out owners/guests.
• Take reservations.
• Handle cash.
• Complete audit reconciliations.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications and Skills

Front desk experience preferred. Must be able to operate SPI 4 software and office computer programs.

Successful applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Front desk employees must be friendly and customer service oriented.
