Job Description
In the Front Desk Administrator role, you are responsible for the reception and guidance of all guests and patients. You must welcome them and make sure they have a great visit. You are expected to handle administrative activities including scanning, filing, receiving shipments, answering calls, managing patient schedules, organizing documents, and respond to all inquiries. You may be asked to assist in testing, checking for insurance, and other logistical ventures. Success in this role is demonstrated by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the Front Desk activities. The number of patients that are scheduled, as well as organizing supplies, glasses, and documents.
