Revolutions by HeyDay_ Entertainment _is seeking a friendly, outgoing,_ and motivated _Front D_esk _Concierge to join our team in Lower Bricktown, OKC! Revolutionsoffers_ a fun, drama-free workplace focused on teamwork and_ exceptional hospitality!_ This position is one of the most important in our facility as it is the first person our guests see so a warm welcome and positive attitude is a must._ The ideal candidate will be confident during our peak times answering the phones in order to make reservations, manage waitlists_ and answer _guests’ questions.
Job Responsibilities:

Greet new and returning guests!

• Answer all phone calls and assist customers with a variety of attractions
• Attend to online, call-in, or walk-in reservations for attractions

• Utilize Point of Sales system for bowling, HD simulators, pool tables, and food service
• Be familiar with all pricing for groups and individuals
• Be aware of specials and promotions in order to educate the guests
• Manage promotional materials provided by corporate office
• Clean and organize Front Desk Station and equipment

• Assist the Manager on Duty as needed or requested
• Communicate effectively with all team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
