Position Overview:As a Front Counter Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating positive first impressions for our customers. Your outstanding customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, answering phones, and comfort in a fast-paced setting will contribute to the overall success of Genna Pizza.
Responsibilities:
- Warm Customer Greeting: Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter our establishment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and assisting them with their needs, whether it's placing orders, providing product information, or answering questions.
- Efficient Transactions: Process customer payments and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
- Product Assistance: Assist customers in selecting the right products, suggesting options, and guiding them through the menu offerings.
- Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting space for both customers and colleagues.
- Stocking and Merchandising: Regularly restock shelves and merchandise to ensure that products are readily available and well-presented to customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create positive customer interactions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
