Front Counter Sales

Duties:

- Successfully recommend products to solve customer pool needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Assist customers with their pool product and chemical needs
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Collaborate with counterpart to meet daily sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on pool product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, * a plus
- Strong organizational skills to accurately manage cash drawer and inventory
- Computer and cash register friendly
- Basic pool water chemistry knowledge
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

- Fulfill work schedule of Mon- Fri 8 am -5 pm
- Previous experience with Pool Supply Sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to find a task when it is slow
- Strong communication and follow up skills

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
