Super Lawn Technologies Office Admin Overview:
- Vendor management - Places orders for parts and supplies, coordinates supply chain needs, supports our manufacturing team
- Customer service - must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking - can talk to a customer on the phone in a polite professional voice, while looking up the customer's record in our CRM, and determine the proper way to handle the call without putting customers on hold
- Shipping & Receiving - uses USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex shipping software, package products for shipping, ships products
- Phone skills - speak clearly in English, answers phones, updates data records, calls customers and prospects to communicate work in progress updates
- Email - types 40+ words per minute with accuracy, answers emails with clearly written professional and business language with proper punctuation in replies
- CRM - updates records, maintains records, schedules follow up, completes online research about clients and their companies
- Teamwork - works in our office and communicates well with office team and manufacturing team

Requirements:
- Experience or training in accounting using QuickBooks software
- Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher
- Ability to hear, speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to write accurate notes in English with proper punctuation.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated a strong work ethic.
- The successful candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail.
Compensation:
- Hourly paid position with hourly rates from $16 to $24 per hour.
- Paid holidays with 6 months of employment.
- Paid vacation with 12 months of employment.
- Matching retirement program after 12 months of employment
- Paid training per company policy
