BDS is seeking top-level designers and brand leaders to join our freelance and project creative team supporting FORTUNE 25 ELITE CLIENTS! In the Designer role, you're responsible for creating visual assets to support our elite global clients with producing modern and stand out materials. This can include but is not limited to presentations, pitches, social media posts, infographic designs, email designs, storyboards, and design concepts of many forms. This role ensures all BDS deliverables meet consistent design standards aligned with our client's brand guidelines. 

 

Expertise required with SketchUp, Cinema 4d, Adobe Creative Suite, and any other modern and effective design tools.  All candidates who are considered should submit their portfolio with samples of their prior work, along with a resume.  

 

We are seeking to hire freelance superstars at a $50-$75/hour project rate, but also have opportunities throughout the year for full-time and permanent creative hires!

Overview

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver creative concepts, graphic designs, and presentation layouts for all deliverables with close attention to detail 
• Partner and collaborate directly with key client contacts to scope all project needs and feedback 
• Project manage, prioritize, and actively track all design deliverables with on-time delivery 
• Create original custom graphic designs, including new templates, in a timely manner 
• Provide the graphic designs for digital projects, including sales presentations, websites, mobile apps, email blasts, content marketing/social media, case studies, template layouts, and diagrams 
• Provide graphic design concepts that are in alignment with all client and/or BDS brand guidelines 
• Use design comps to produce additional file formats and campaign elements as needed 
• Occasionally provides print-ready designs and files for low-run print production projects including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, business cards, banner stands, posters, and postcards 
• Mockup premiums and give away items such as water bottles, shirts, pens, notebooks, etc., providing art files using the vendor's templates and specifications 
• Other tasks as requested by management 

 

WHAT YOU NEED 

Experience and Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equal relevant experience required 
• Strong experience with SketchUp, Cinema 4d, Adobe Creative Suite 
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Graphic Design position required 
• Proven presentation design experience 
• Some web/digital design experiencerequired  

Skills and Attributes: 

• Strong attention to detail  
• Ability to effectively manage time and competing deadlines  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
