The Position:AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Fraud & Security Analyst who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. As a Fraud & Security Analyst you will:
- Support Risk Services in promoting safety and ensuring the security of the credit union and its assets.
- Assist in the investigation of fraud claims against the credit union and members.
- Provide support for the following: security cameras, door access, vaults, keys, and drive-thru systems.
What You’ll Do:
As a Fraud & Security Analyst your primary responsibilities will include:
- Research and analyze account activity to assess levels of risk in order to reduce and prevent fraud.
- Review financial centers and ATM security including personal and cash security.
- Coordinate and deliver robbery, active shooter, and other safety-related training to all members of the credit union.
- Maintain all security equipment in proper working order; places service calls when required.
- Receive, prepare and maintain records on member conduct issues.
- Investigate any security issues and coordinate with law enforcement when warranted.
- Retain, extract and deliver video footage to external parties.
- Management of maintenance process for branch safes/vaults, door access devices, cameras, and drive-thru systems.
- Investigate and report credit union criminal events, accidents, and injuries.
- Maintain the credit union emergency response system.
- Assist with third-party management on construction and remodel projects in relation to physical security interests and systems.
